When I began my job, I also began a quarterly newsletter. It started out as a humble, in-office printed piece and it has grown exponentially from there. We now publish a regular quarterly newsletter, as well as a special annual review issue with in-depth articles and a note from our CEO. The newsletter is mailed out to more than 4,800 people around the world, and consistently ranks in the top three most-read publications in our annual surveys. As with our other printed pieces we work with designers to develop a template. I then modify that template as needed and develop all written material, and coordinate the printing and mailing with a professional printer.
