When I think of good writing, I think of the end user first. I enjoy analyzing audiences and finding what compels them, even with the most complex of subjects. I’ve made a career of writing about incredibly intricate equipment, and frequently I find that the people behind the machine are the real story. In my 16 years of experience working in Public Relations and Marketing for a worldwide tunnel boring machine manufacturer, I’ve been to tunnel sites in Austria, China, Malaysia, Mexico, Nepal, Singapore, and across the U.S. and Canada. I’ve found that wherever I go, people are universally the most intriguing factor. I love to tell stories that shape a brand and make a lasting impression, whether it’s art direction for photos and video, press events, or written collateral. My motto is simple: Clear, direct, and compelling content.
