One website, 200+ pages, up to four languages.

In 2017 we embarked on a massive project to overhaul our non-responsive website. We worked with a talented web designer and design firm on the look and user interface, but the written content and most of the image selection was up to us to provide.

I worked with a team of people (three of us total) to polish up our old content and make it new again. We also wrote dozens of new pages, which included product writing, case studies, marketing writing, press releases and more. I have personally reviewed and edited each and every page on the English version of our website. We then worked with our Chinese marketing team to launch the Chinese version of our site in 2019. The Spanish version of our site is in the works, and Russian is a consideration for the future. In 2021 we also worked on a home page redesign to make the most heavily trafficked pages of our site more accessible.

After the website launch, we saw an increase in web traffic, particularly on mobile and tablet devices, up to 30% higher each month. I am particularly proud of our online newsroom that I designed, which brings together our social media and traditional content in one place for media consumption. We were also better able to track key metrics through customized Google Analytics, and focus our efforts on the most viewed content, such as our blog posts. Each time a blog is posted it regularly ranks in the top ten most viewed pages of our website.
